Introducing Coach Kami, a highly accomplished and experienced volleyball coach with a passion for the sport and a proven track record of success. With over 25 years of playing competitive volleyball, Coach Kami brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the court. As an Impact-certified coach by USA Volleyball, he deeply understands the game's technicalities and is dedicated to developing players' skills.

Coach Kami's remarkable journey includes representing his country as a national team player, with the honor of being an Olympic Team Qualifier for Togo in 2010. This invaluable experience at the sport's highest level has shaped Coach Kami's coaching philosophy, emphasizing individual growth and team cohesion.

Having over 15 years of coaching experience at the Club, Junior Varsity, and Varsity levels, Coach Kami has consistently demonstrated his commitment to nurturing young athletes and guiding them toward success.

Meet Coach Cynthia "CJ" Johnson, a seasoned and accomplished coach with an impressive array of experiences. As a Founding Member of TopDog, Coach CJ has been at the forefront of shaping the sport and nurturing young talent. With over 20 years of competitive playing experience, Coach CJ brings a deep understanding of the game to her coaching approach, allowing her to instill a strong foundation of skills and strategic thinking in her athletes.

Throughout her career, CJ has held various coaching positions, showcasing her exceptional leadership abilities and commitment to player development. She currently serves as the Head Coach at Chamblee Middle School. Prior to that, she spent seven successful years as the Head Coach at Pinckneyville Middle School.

As the Executive Director and Coach of Beach Programs, CJ continues to nurture and inspire young athletes, fostering their growth in the sport she is so passionate about. With her extensive background and unwavering dedication, Coach CJ is an invaluable asset to TopDog Volleyball Club.

Meet Coach Isabel McKinny, a dedicated and experienced coach with a passion for developing young athletes. She began her coaching journey as an Assistant Coach at Pinckneyville Middle School from 2018 to 2019. In 2022, she expanded her coaching career by joining Chamblee Middle School. 

Beyond the volleyball court, Isabel is pursuing a business degree at Georgia Institute of Technology. Her academic background in business provides her with a unique perspective on leadership and organizational skills, which she integrates into her coaching approach. As a current player for the Georgia Tech Women's Club Volleyball Team, Coach Isabel understands the demands and challenges faced by her athletes. 

With a strong commitment to player development and experience, Isabel aspires to shape the next generation of talented volleyball players by instilling in them the values of sportsmanship, dedication, and teamwork.

Meet Coach Isabella "Casa" Casagrande, an energetic and insightful coach with 8 years of playing experience. A former standout player for the Norcross High School Varsity Team, Coach Casa specializes in Libero and Setting positions. She also distinguished herself as a player during her time with TopDog Volleyball from 2017 to 2021. Casa’s coaching journey began as an assistant coach for both club and middle school volleyball teams. With fresh perspectives, she injects innovative strategies and techniques to help her players reach new heights.

With her passion for the sport and commitment to player development, Casa is dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive team environment that cultivates growth and success.
